This has been the stark reality a few summers past where we saw a case of fatal distemper in a young puppy.

The new owners did everything they could. The sad fact was this heartache could have been prevented if the previous owner had started vaccinations

Other vaccination news: a new strain of calicivirus in rabbits is killing vaccinated rabbits. Rabbit now have to be vaccinated every 6 months.
