During the COVID 19 pandemic there are certain precautions we need to take
We will call just before arrival so you can prepare your pet for collection.
Make a pet drop off area, this should be outside, in the front garden away from the front door.
Once you are back indoors, we will collect your pet and communicate over the phone once we have examined your pet back at the hospital.
Please note we will not be entering anyone’s home during the COVID 19 outbreak.
Cats must be secured in a cat box at a pet drop off zone.
Dogs must have collars and leads and be tethered at the pet drop off zone.
If your dog is guarding or aggressive please tell us at the booking and alternative arrangements may need to be made.
Thank you for your understanding
These measures won’t be forever but together we are able to keep everyone safe.
